Take a look at an excellent history lesson recorded by Richard Anderson of Washington International School. Richard documents James Bourke as his students become historians handling and analyzing artifacts from World World I. James constructed the lesson after attending a workshop at the Smithsonian Museum of American History.

I made a connection in viewing the video to think about the work of Peter Pappas. Peter is a leader in the field of using primary source media to help students use their document-based analysis skills. We interviewed Peter twice on the EdTech Co-Op podcast.
